Floor Land Construction Limited is a private limited company owned by Zambians, our Headquarters located on the Copperbelt Province in the City of Ndola. However, we serve clients all over the country.

After inception, the firm initially concentrated on civil engineering works only. Afterwards, the firm expanded to include building contracting works. This has led to a steady growth in number, type and nature of works undertaken thus broadening the firms experience and client base. We collaborate with key stakeholders in the construction industry to perfect quality of services delivered.
